1. How to use the Percentage Calculator

Enter the percentage in the first box and the number in the second box, then select Calculate.

Example: 20% of 1,500 is 300. The calculation is 1,500 × 20 ÷ 100 = 300.

When it helps: Use it for tips, test scores, or finding a portion of a total. This tool calculates a percentage of one number; percentage change requires comparing an original value with a new value.

2. How to use the Discount Calculator

Enter the original price and a discount percentage from 0 to 100, then press Calculate. Toolora shows the amount saved and the price after the discount.

Example: If an item costs 2,000 and has a 25% discount, you save 500 and pay 1,500 before any taxes or delivery charges.

Tip: Check whether taxes, delivery fees, or other charges are added after the discount. They are not included in this calculator.

3. How to use the Word and Character Counter

Type or paste text into the box. Counts update as you type. Characters include spaces; “No spaces” excludes whitespace. The sentence count is an estimate based on common sentence-ending punctuation.

Example: “Hello world.” contains 2 words and 12 characters including the space and full stop.

Privacy note: The word counter processes text in your browser. Avoid entering passwords or sensitive personal information into online tools.

4. How to use the Age Calculator

Select your date of birth and press Calculate Age. The result shows years, months, and days based on your device's current date.

Tip: Check that you selected the correct day, month, and year. This result is for general use and should not replace an official age calculation where legal rules or a specific time zone matter.

5. How to use the QR Code Generator

Enter a website link or short text, then select Generate QR Code. Scan the code with a phone camera to check that it opens or displays the intended information.

Important: The entered text is sent to an external QR service. Do not enter passwords, private messages, payment details, or confidential information. Test the code before sharing it.

6. How to use the Image Compressor

Choose a JPG, PNG, or WebP image, adjust the quality slider, and press Compress Image. Compare the original and compressed file sizes, then download the result if it meets your needs.

Tips: Lower quality usually creates a smaller file but may reduce detail. Higher quality usually preserves more detail but can produce a larger file. The output is JPEG, so transparent areas become white. Keep your original image in case you need it again.
